The Good-in-the-NeighborHood is a multicultural music and food festival held annually in N/NE Portland. The festival features the best entertainment in the NW, a variety of cultural food vendors, an Information Village, a KidSpace arts & craft area, and an Ethnic Marketplace. Our mission is to promote the cultural aspects of the N/NE community.This year's event is scheduled for: Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29 @12noon We will host a special "Sponsor Recognition & Get Acquainted " evening on Friday, June 27, 6pm to 9pm, at the Kings School Park with live music by Ocean 503. Admission to the 3-day Festival is FREE! We are celebrating 16 years of attracting thousands of residents from neighborhoods throughout Portland. Proceeds from the event will support the NE Coalition of Neighborhood's community based programs to help empower low-income and at-risk residents. |
